Long time, no blog!

I know, I know, I know! I haven't updated our blog in a while and I know how bummed I get when I look at other blogs and nothing changes so here I am. We haven't been up to much of anything exciting (hence the lack of update) but non-the-less here are a few photos to browse.

We went to the park on Friday to take advantage of the warmer weather. David loved the swings and kept saying "wee"

Kennedy also loves to swing she would probably swing all day long if someone would push her. By the way these photos aren't the greatest it was harder than I thought trying to get a good picture while the kids were going back and forth

This is Kennedy being a ballerina in one of my old ballet costumes.

So, Davids' newest and greatest challenge for me is that he has decided since the rest of us don't have to turn around to go down the stairs neither should he. So here is walking down the stairs like the big boy he thinks he is.

On Sunday Jason, Becky, Payton, Cole, Bruce, Kristi and Grandpa & Grandma Flake came over to see the finished basement. Being the fun grandpa that he is Bruce started giving horsey rides. When we put David up there we got him to say "a haw" (Yee Haw) It was really cute. Thanks Grandpa Bruce for the horsey rides!

All three big kids posing for the camera. It is the perfect seat for Payton and David with their little legs.

very nice. That pic of David "walking" down the stairs makes me nervous too. What a cute independent little guy.

Oh Kennedy looks so cute in your dance outfit! She's a natural. And I know what you mean about coming down the stairs facing forward. Abi never learned to go down backward she absolutely refused from the beginning! Also I'm waiting to see pictures of the finished product of your basement. Not to mention every day Abi says to me at least once "Mommy we need to go to Kennedy's house so we can see her new playroom."

I'm jealous we weren't there! I want to see your basement. Do you guys love it? Your kids are so cute and we miss you all!
